Live Call Connect

During business hours, the chat agent will offer the chat visitor an option of calling the practice immediately. If the visitor agrees, the agent will call the practice, then call the visitor, and if someone from the practice answers, the agent will connect the two calls.

If you are a single-location practice and enable Live Call Connect, we can use the phone number and hours from your website by default. You are welcome to change this using this form.

At this time, Live Call Connect can only be used with a single business location. If you are a multi-location business and want to use Live Call Connect, please specify the phone number and hours you want used.
